1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to InsightNations. By registering an account, completing your respondent profile, or participating in market research surveys provided through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is limited to individuals who are 13 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant that all information provided during signup and profile completion is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. You may only hold one active account per person and household. Duplicate registrations are strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account suspension.

3. Reward Points and Redemptions

Participants can earn reward points by completing matching surveys. Points systems are governed by the following rules:

Points have no physical cash value until successfully requested for redemption.
Your redemption request is subject to review for fraud, speed-running, gibberish responses, and VPN usage.
Approved redemptions will be processed to the provided payment details (e.g., UPI ID, PayPal, Gift Card) within the standard processing timeframe.
We reserve the right to forfeit points or reject redemption requests if survey quality benchmarks are not met or if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Prohibited Behavior & Verification

To preserve data quality, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ban and forfeiture of all points:

Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxies, or VPS systems to mask your true location.
Providing contradictory, gibberish, or untruthful responses to surveys.
Speed-running (completing surveys significantly faster than the estimated length of interview).
Using automated bots, scripts, or duplicate sessions.

Additionally, your account requires manual administrator approval after you complete your signup and verify your email. The administrator reserves the right to approve or reject any account registration at their sole discretion.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
