It applies solely to panel participants, survey respondents, and website visitors who reside in the State of California, United States, pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected demographic, profile, and technical information to match you with market research studies. We do not sell your personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) to third parties. However, sharing anonymized demographic profile parameters with client survey partners to determine survey eligibility may be defined as a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA.
